Who is accountable, and for what
Every office bearer of this party is elected, named in public, and answerable for a defined portfolio. Nobody holds a position because of who they are related to.
Rajat Singh
Founder. Advocate, teacher, builder.
Rajat has spent over a decade in a classroom and taught more than fifteen thousand students. Teaching at that scale settles one question early: almost nobody is short of ability, and almost everybody is short of a map.
He practises as an advocate and takes up matters for people who would otherwise never reach a courtroom. That work is where the party's insistence on legal literacy comes from. A citizen who does not know their remedy does not, in any practical sense, have one.
He built LAWL, a legal technology platform made to put legal help within reach of people who cannot afford a retainer. This party applies the same instinct to politics. Take something that looks sealed shut, work out how it actually opens, then teach that to anybody who asks.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a BSc in Physics, which is a longer way of saying he was trained to check whether a structure holds before admiring it.

State units are being constituted
A state committee is formed once a state has enough trained members to staff its districts honestly. We would rather announce four real units than twenty letterhead ones. Each state president appears here with their district, their portfolio, and the date they were elected.

Booth committees elect district units. District units elect the state committee. State committees elect the national executive. Terms are fixed and results are filed with the Election Commission, as the law requires of every registered party.
No office in this party may be held by two members of the same family at the same time. That clause is in our constitution rather than in a speech, because the difference between the two is the whole argument.
